How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent provider. Not Aboutcolour Pest Control. Providers in our network are local businesses that treat pests and remove wildlife near Orange.

This site has no staff profiles. That is on purpose. We do not do the work, so the person who matters is the provider you choose.

What Happens on the First Call

Keep it simple. Expect these steps:

1. You describe the problem. 2. The provider asks a few questions. 3. They explain how they would look at it. 4. They talk about timing. Availability varies. 5. They give you a price range or set up a visit.

Request a callback to check provider availability. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a time.

Before You Dial

Take one minute to gather facts. It helps a lot.

  • What did you see? Bugs, droppings, chewed wires, noise?
  • Where? Kitchen, attic, garage, bedroom?
  • When did it start?
  • Any kids or pets in the home?

Do not mix chemicals or set out poison in a panic. Stay calm and keep pets and kids away from the area.

What to Ask a Provider

Good questions get clear answers. Try these:

  • Are you licensed in this state?
  • What exactly will you treat or remove?
  • Is the price a range or a fixed number?
  • What could change the price?
  • Will you give it to me in writing?
  • What should I do before and after the visit?
  • Is there a follow-up visit, and is it in the quote?

For wildlife, ask how they seal entry points. Removing the animal without sealing the gap often means a repeat visit.

For termites, ask what they treat and how long the plan lasts.

You Are in Control

You can say no. You can ask for a second quote. You can take a day to think, unless the situation is urgent and unsafe.

Do not sign anything you do not understand. Quote in writing. If a provider rushes you, that tells you something.
